The hotel had really clean and comfortable rooms with excellent tea and coffee making facilities but was a bit too warm even with the window open as the heating was not adjustable. The service was friendly but slow in the evenings due to focus on the beer garden. The location was perfect for walking trails and village amenities but needed some redecorating. The dining experience was decent, with freshly made food offerings. Overall, a great spot for a stay, especially for the value it offers.
